Lufthansa come to the end of an era this weekend when they plan

to withdraw their final 6 Boeing 737-300s from service 

The final Lufthansa Boeing 737-300 flight into Frankfurt is planned

for the evening of Saturday 29 October 2016 and we now have just

two more Boeing 737 flights planned into Birmingham -

FRIDAY 28 OCTOBER 2016

1700/1745 LH956/957 733 from/to Frankfurt
- planned aircraft allocation - Lufthansa

SATURDAY 29 OCTOBER 2016
   
1235/1320 LH954/955 733 from/to Frankfurt
- final planned Boeing 737 flight to BHX - Lufthansa

Lufthansa - who are using the hash tag #ThankYou737 to mark the

retirement - have operated the Boeing 737 - -100/200/300/400/500 -

since 1968 when they were the first operator of the type

Cavok Air Antonov 12AP UR-CCP which had arrived from Izmir on Thursday evening
spent the day parked up on the Elmdon apron before departing to Bergen
